One of the best service center we took our van to. We had battery dying problems plus the two sliding doors problem, all of them was fixed bythe end of the day. The lady by the name of Tina gave us a follow up calls twice just to let us know the update. Their prices was unbelievable especially with the 100k plus club free oil change. We won't be taking our van anywhere else but Triangle motors.

From beginning (estimate) to end, Tina and Tee were unbelievably helpful and patient. They followed up with me before, during and after the service to make sure I was aware of what needed to be done and if I was satisfied with the process. My brakes are working great and they did a great job!

They are focused on fixing whatever the problem is and not just putting on parts to see if that will work. I switched mechanics. I first came around Nov 2019. Since I have been to Triangle Motors, my car has always been well taken care of. I love how there is no BS to decipher, every interaction I've had is great. It also helps that Triangle Motors specializes with imports. My car is my lifeline. I use it daily to travel from Fort Detrick to work. I have had one mechanic work on it before I came to Maryland. I trust you all with my vehicle as much as I do with my mechanic back in Florida. Tee, is excellent assisting me with any questions I may have, like inquiries about parts and labor. I have recommended you guys to friends and will continue to do so for as long as I'm stationed up here. I have rented a car from Triangle a couple of times. The rental agents I dealt with are Jimmy Lee and Tom Harrigan. Everything about the experience was top notch. The cars worked perfectly and were clean. Prices were very reasonable. I kind of felt like I'd stepped back in time to when I was a kid and people at local businesses were helpful and kind. They treat customers like they are friends or neighbors. The people at Triangle Motors rentals take the time to listen to you and make sure things go your way. I highly recommend them!

So I first heard about you guys doing a food fun raiser for an oil change which during these hard times I could definitely support. From that I had my wife also come in for and I had some additional work done besides that as well. Everyone was very nice, professional,and didn't give you that haggling feeling I get at most shops. The prices are definitely fair from what I've experienced elsewhere and I'm coming in for more work to be done next week.
