I've been going to Triangle Motors for over 3 years. They are exactly what you hope you'll find when you look for an auto mechanic -- competent, totally trustworthy, fairly priced, and pleasant. The litmus test for me is when a mechanic tells you that you don't need something done, especially when you bring it up. And my wife feels comfortable and safe in their waiting area when she brings the car in. Triangle Motors is the real deal.

Bought a used Honda civic less than a year ago. Just had it repaired to the tune of 2500.00 dollars. It lasted two weeks and broke down completely. They wanted another 1000. to FIX it. Either just plain bad mechanics or just policy to rip off people.Recommend never using these guys to fix anything. Will never go back.Would like not to give the one star rating.

I love Triangle Motors, and everyone that works there! For years I've dealt mostly with Tom and Jimmy on the rental side, they've always addressed me by name, accommodated my schedule and made feel like I was at home if I had to wait. Yesterday I finally purchased a 2004 Honda Accord. Jimmy went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I will continue to service my vehicle there and of course recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. Love my Honda!

I've had several service appointments at Triangle for my high-mileage car, and I've been very happy with the work and customer service. I don't feel their mechanics have ever recommended any excessive or unnecessary extras, and customer service has always been patient when I've asked to think about something and call them back. Definitely considering buying my next car here!

I brought in a 1999 Toyota Camry with various issues and 182,000 miles. The staff recommended that I do a complete check of the systems on the car. They found the issue I was having and a couple of others that would have been potential problems in the future. I experienced great service and the price for repairs was fair. I would take my car back without question and suggest to anyone in need of repairs to go there first.

Today I had an awesome rental experience which was fast and easy. Jim Lee was super to deal with and very helpful. He understood what I need and made it happen. I will definate refer friends and use them again!

The follow-up phone call that details the work needed on your vehicle and reasoning behind those modifications to have the customer understand the "why" is so...welcomed. The quote is nearly on the mark if not just under what is prescribed and always able to accommodate same day service. Triangle motors continue to be our "go to" service center for our 2012 Honda CRV needs.

I will be renting a car from them for a second time and service at this place is just amazing. All I have to do is make a call and everything just happens. Zero hassle. Also, can't beat their great prices. Some people might find the old cars a problem but they are reliable and just work. Simple and efficient.
