I was in dire need of a car rental because my vehicle was in the shop. On my friends recommendation we went to Triangle Motors and spoke to Jimmy who was at the rental desk when we arrived. When I explained my situation he was so helpful and willing to help that he waived the security deposit and only charged me for the weekly rental price. I ended up having to rent the vehicle for 3 weeks. He was very understanding of what I needed and was continually going out of his way to help me. I will forever recommend Triangle Motors and Jimmy to anyone that needs to rent a vehicle while in or around the Frederick Md area. He was the absolute best while I was going through a worse case scenario just before Christmas. Please ask for Jimmy when you stop in. I can guarantee that you wont get anything but the absolute best service.

Called Triangle for a rental while my car was in the shop. When a 2 day repair turned in to a 7 day repair because of a defective part, Triangle was super understanding and extended the rental for me without any hassle. Excellent customer service! The car rental value is outstanding and their rental process is simple and straightforward.

I had issues with the battery in my Chevy malibu. I called over to Tina and they got me in within 30 minutes. Tina kept me well-informed throughout the whole process, made sure nothing else was wrong with my car, and even fit in an oil change to have me out of there within about an hour. They were professional and knowledgeable and the car works great! Highly recommend. Services: Oil change, Battery

I drive an older model, manual, Subaru, and take my car to triangle for oil changes because they are open on weekends and my Subaru specialist isn't. On more than one occasion I've found their feedback alarmist to say the least. For example, this past weekend they changed my oil and sounded the alarm about my vehicle. The gal who called told my transmission is bad and my radiator is leaking coolant, but the mechanic "wouldn't touch it for fear of damaging the radiator." Their written report included scary things like "transmission very noisy--likely bad," along with other comments about my radiator leaking coolant, a "quick leak" in a rear strut, and a need for rear brakes and 4 tires. The prices associated with each of these services was really high, too. As you might imagine, such a report evoked panic from me. I was thinking I needed a new car. No point replacing a transmission on a 12 year old car. Good thing I made an appointment with my Subaru specialist, instead of taking their word for it.... My Subaru guy disagreed with most of what Triangle's report said. My transmission is not "noisy," or "likely bad." In fact, it is functioning normally, and the "noises" are consistent with a late model, manual transmission, with high mileage. Usually, changing the fluids and adding a conditioner takes care of this, and if it doesn't, the noises are nowhere near loud enough for him to conclude it is bad and needs replacing. We've been watching the rear strut for some time, and it is seeping, not "quick leaking," as it has been, and it is no worse than it was the last time Triangle erroneously noted this on one of their reports. There's also nothing wrong with my radiator. Although there's evidence of a PREVIOUS leak, there is no CURRENT coolant leak, or swollen hoses, or danger related to my radiator or coolant. They tightened the clamps on the hoses anyway. Just to be sure. Interestingly, despite the "thorough inspection" Triangle brags about, they missed a burned out headlight and warped front rotars, which means I ALSO need front brakes, and they missed the power steering fluid which badly needed changing. I do need 4 tires though. They got that one totally right. In summary, they're a cost effective option for an oil change on the weekend. After that, question everything. I took my friend there on a recommendation because she needed a rental that she could afford as a single working mother. Jimmy was the man that we met with and to say he was amazing is an understatement. After hearing about what was going on he waived the deposit and only charged her the weekly rental fee. He was courteous, understanding and was above all very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone needing to rent a car while in or around Frederick MD to please consider Triangle Motors for their car rental needs. Extremely reasonable rates and the best customer service I have ever had for car rentals. Thank you Jimmy. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to you.

I have been a customer for 26 years—for a reason. The team at Triangle has always given their best and have been fair in terms of cost. I recommend them to all my Honda-owning colleagues. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years. Management and personnel are very helpful, courteous and respectful. Major repairs have not recurred to date and routine maintenance are quite affordable. All work was done in a most timely manner. Should my vehicle make its final journey, I will definitely purchase another Honda to continue receiving exceptional service. I was looking for a repair shop that specializes in Honda’s. I had an issue with a check engine light and some type of fluid leak. A friend recommended Triangle Motors. (They’ve used them for years) Easily requested an appointment online; was contacted the next day by Tina with an appointment time. Rachel was great in communications with myself and the mechanic on my repair issues. She even offered the use of a loaner car while they kept my car overnight to ensure the repairs. So far the repairs are spot on and I will make a decision on an additional repair that was recommended. Superb customer service! Great follow up. Would highly recommend.
