Always an amazing experience! The service desk is always patient and polite not to mention efficient. I come here even for routine oil changes.

We have two Hondas and only take them to Triangle for service. They haven't let me down and they are much cheaper than any dealership. They will give me a list of things my car/van may need and then I'll take care of the small things and let them tackle the larger ones. They work with me and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. Diane has been my "go to" person from the first day we started with Triangle and I have to say she is excellent! She is honest and makes me want to come back.

We have used Triangle for 3 different vehicles now and have been very pleased with their service. Their customer service is excellent and we never feel as if we are getting the run around or anything less than the best work on our cars.

Diane and Tee are a great asset to the team. I've been bringing my cars up to Triangle since 2009 and they've always taken good care of me. There are plenty of other service places and dealerships between Gaithersburg, where I live, and Frederick but I choose them. Fair pricing, reliable service, quality work, and friendly faces....that's Triangle Motors service department!

Bought my Honda Pilot from them in 2015 and now it's where I always take it for service. Love this place. They are personable and professional, knowledgeable and educating when it comes to your car. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Recently bought a Honda here . The experience was great. Staff is wonderful & has some fun stories to tell. We started having our service work done here now as well. This place is the best for all things Honda/Aura.

I have driven Hondas for a long time. But when asked why I was thinking of giving up the Magic Wagon 1 and buying a Honda, it wasn't because I thought Hondas were intrinsically better than Toyotas, or I didn't think TMW1 had no more life in her, it was this: because for 9 years, despite finding and forming relationships with several GREAT auto shops (I'm looking at you, Frederick AAMCO and Pep Boys) nothing has ever, in my life, come close to being a Triangle Motors customer. Two days early, and under estimate. (Which was already low, for the damage done) result: no need for insurance, thereby saving me even more money in the long run. Thanks, T!

My 17 year old Civic is running great and Triangle Motors is a big reason why. The staff is friendly, helpful, skilled and honest! They never recommend or do work just to get an extra dollar. We are looking forward to working with them for years to come and are even planning on buying our next car from them.

Bought 2 cars there; had a handful of cars serviced at that business over twenty some years. Great at diagnosis and repairs. Very fair on costs.
