You'll get a car that runs; just make that your expectation and you'll be fine. My rental was a '94 Civic with 300K+ miles; rusty, small dings and dents all over the place. One of the tires was out of balance and it was out of alignment. Not a great experience on the highway. My only real concern about the safety of the rental is that the seat-belt was very worn and abraded in a section of the seat-belt, to the point that if I were to have had a serious accident, the belt probably would have snapped. I could have complained and I'm sure they would have provided another car. Again, they're cheap, set your expectations low about the condition of the car, and you'll be fine.

Wow. What's not to like about the experience? 15 year old car with 300K+ miles on it, smelled like smoke, rattled your teeth when idling. I thought it strange when he didn't walk me out to inspect the car or that I didn't have to acknowledge I was responsible for dings or dents. We were in a bind and needed a car...pronto. It was cheapest around, and now we know why. Run - do not walk - far from this place. Wish we could have put zero stars.

I don't take my 2003 Accord anywhere else for service - they tell you what needs to be done and what doesn't. Fair pricing and quick service, and rental cars available cheap when you need to leave yours for a couple of days. The service staff and rental agent are wonderful!
