Excellent service, very economical prices, professional and well-mannered staff! I drove their rental cars for 4 years (2016 - 2020) and never had any problem. They charge fairly. They service the car on time and provide help in emergency situations, for example, one day the car wouldn't start (battery was dead) and they sent a technician to my home for help. Once the car had broken down in winter storm, I had to leave it by the roadside. I informed them and they hauled the car back to the city the very next morning. Well, I used their services for 4 years! Do I need to say more? Why would I use their cars for 4 years if I wasn't happy with their service! :). I plan to continue using their services in the future as well. This time I will take my car for routine service and maintenance because I know they offer services at a reasonable price. This was my daughter's first car buying experience and after a few false starts she found a car that she really liked and felt comfortable with. Jimmy was exceedingly helpful, both in the selection of the car and in helping her navigate the financing of the balance left to pay. We will get her car taken care of and I am sure that this family will be back for more.
