Thank you TM for the excellent diagnostic and repair work on my 2012 Odyssey! Your service team went above and beyond to CORRECTLY identify the problem (after misdiagnosis by dealer), get me into a loaner van during the repair, and ultimately save me hundreds of $$ in repairs! AND I learned about the 4 free oil changes/year for Hondas over 200K miles! Great experience!!

I had the best experience at Triangle Motors! While I was driving home from the airport ,my car started acting up, and the check engine light started flashing. Thankfully, I was able to make it to Triangle Motors before my car stopped completely. When I walked into the service area in a bit of a panic, Rachel assured me they could look at my car ( even though I didn't have an appointment) and would give me a loaner car while they had my car. Within 24 hours I knew what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to repair it. Communication was great while my car was being serviced as well. Thank you Jimmy , Rachel and Triangle Motors!
