Jimmy Lee was so helpful when we needed a UHAL. We had a poor experience at a different UHAL dealer and stopped by Triangle. Jimmy helped us get into a truck and helped us out of a tough situation.

Tom and team are always fantastic and accommodating. But if you need a rental call them right way and reserve one. They will always go out of there way to help but they are a Frederick staple and very busy.

I needed a headlight replaced, and was able to get in and out with it fixed, no problem.

Triangle motors has been absolutely wonderful. The service is top notch and fixed the issues that were caused at other car shops. It's worth the price to have specialists work on your car, whether it be a luxury or "the rest of us". Rachel and Tina are both incredibly kind and easy going. They're very accommodating and update customers asap. Service crew (haven't met them) is great! They get your car in and out quickly and spend the time to comb through any issues. They also offer rentals if your car needs a sleepover for more work to be done and they have a great oil change program for older cars.

Always an awesome experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the loaner car option!
