Your service team went above and beyond to CORRECTLY identify the problem (after misdiagnosis by dealer), get me into a loaner van during the repair, and ultimately save me hundreds of $$ in repairs! AND I learned about the 4 free oil changes/year for Hondas over 200K miles! Great experience!!
